  we are about to embark on a journey in our mouthwatering simply spectacular coriander journey. On our trips to the city we often did not forget to buy a bunch for quick use, funnily it can be bit of headache during summer the prices of coriander bunch gets hiked up for no reason and we go and buy it with a strange nostalgia. We would strain our soup for the floating coriander seeds it gives that oomph to soup, good cure for colds. Those who are not familiar with coriander powder which is quite substantial in flavor and quality from the freshly ground coriander seeds. Coriander seeds steeped in cold water and soaked cotton balls on the eyes gives that cool feeling, but should see your doctor. In the rainy season when monsoons have arrived those seeds which probably fell out while grinding, sprout so easily you know by the aromatic scent.When you garnish your dish with finely chopped green coriander konpir/kothimbir as is known back in the country you really savor the taste moreover on pilaf. Friday Merchant Market you can mix and match a lot of condiments and have the finest culinary results. Tabasco has the green chilly sauce you must try it goes well with hot soups. The seasonal herbs are great to try, so try the array of parsley which comes dry and fresh the flat leaf parsley and the curly parsley
For the following recipe keep your grinder ready - use 2 cups of coriander leaves, 1 cup of mint leaves,  5 green chopped green chilly, 3 tbsp of lime juice, grated ginger. grind to a fine paste. Add sugar, salt, kala namak, chat masala as per your taste. Take  a small amount of the following recipe and add  small amount of yogurt stir and serve. Go ahead take another amount from the base recipe and add mayo along with the other seasonings as your taste buds would prefer.Rosemary dry or fresh is indeed a relief for your non vegetarian dishes and of course before I forget try Mama Mia mix.
